The application at the bottom of this page is for you to asses your existing position as well as to give you an idea of the questions you should be asking yourself prior to making the commitment to become a Master Distributor.
At Tea Connexions we are committed to the success of everyone associated with our company, at all levels. Because of this, we have a four-step process used to determine not only if we are a "good fit" for your aspirations, but whether you have the drive, skills and resources needed to succeed as a Tea Connexions Master Distributor:
Step 1: You indicate your serious intent by filling out the Master Distributor Questionnaire. However, prior to sending it back to us, you need to book a telephone interview.
Step 2: During the telephone interview you will have the opportunity to ask detailed questions and receive answers to your questions. In some cases information requested may require your completion of a "Non-Disclosure" contract. We respect your need to have detailed information when making such a significant decision, however it is necessary to maintain confidentiality of certain company details. We need to protect ourselves from our competition.
Step 3: After a successful telephone interview, you will complete and send the Master Distributor Questionnaire to directly to the President/CEO of Tea Connexions, Sanjay Gupta. Tea Connexions will review your responses and then follow up with a second call, where you will discuss your potential future with Tea Connexions with Sanjay.
Step 4: Final Negotiations. At this point, the final negotiations are completed. The scheduling of our Market Development Program, and all contractual details are confirmed at this point.
Upon completion of Step 4, we will put the following in place to assist you with your new business:
Scheduling of the 1-week Master Distributor Training Course.
The dates and areas of operation will be chosen with you for your 2 year Master Distributor Market Development Program. At Tea Connexions, we use our trained and managed Market Development Teams to develop interest in your market territory, to complement your own efforts.
Determining delivery schedules for your inventory.
Assisting you with the design, setup and administration of all aspects of the inventory, sales, delivery and management of product to your new clients and customers.
Setting the Weekly Management Mentoring Call schedule. These ½ hour calls help keep you focused and "on track" to achieving your business goals. During the first 3 months, these calls help reinforce what you learned at the 1-week Master Distributor Training Course.
Open lines to all executives, whenever you need their help, advice, or just want to talk.
