SIX KEY ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Tea
Connexions is pleased to announce the following six key announcements:
1) 138 NEW PRODUCTS:
In
response to Distributor Demand, we have added 18 new 100 Gram loose tea
lines, PLUS all 40 of our loose teas are now available in 5 Gram (ideal
for sampling), 50 Gram (great stocking stuffers), and 1 KG (Bulk) ordering
sizes.
Our product line has grown considerably. In 2001, Tea Connexions just
had 15 items. We expanded the line in 2002 to 45, then in 2003, we added
individually wrapped tea bags bringing our line up to 71 items. In 2004,
we have since added 6 new Chinese tea bag lines, and with this announcement,
we now added 18 new loose tea lines. In total, we have 40 distinct loose
tea lines available in different sizes: 5 Gram, 50 Gram, 100 Gram, and
1 Kg. Our tea product line has expanded from 15 in 2001 to 209 as of November,
2004. This is the culmination of two years of research and development.
I am very grateful to all Tea Connexions members that have provided input.
Of the new 100 Gram loose tea lines, 17 are packaged in permanent Hand Crafted
White Metal containers and the remaining 1 item is packaged in a distinctive
tin container. Such packaging adds elegance to very high quality teas.
The 18 new lines consist of English Breakfast, 6 Estate teas (Nagri
Green, Castleton, Lingia, Lopchu, Gingia, and Nonsuch), 5 Naturally
Flavored Teas (Lemon, Pineapple, Jasmine, Mango, and Mint), 3 extremely
rare teas (Vintage Darjeeling, Clonal Darjeeling, and Golden Tips Darjeeling),
and finally, 3 Tea Connexions Exclusive lines (Herbal, Kashmiri Kahwa,
and Himalyan Amrit).
Of special note also, is the 50
Gram loose tea lines. There are 34 in total, all packaged in their
own exquisite unique silk and/or hand embroidered silk packaging. We
anticipate that these will be great items for gift giving, especially
Christmas as they are ideal stocking stuffers. We also anticipate that
these will be collected, meaning that one sale will lead to others.
Repeat business is the ultimate goal of Tea Connexions and we believe
that these items will aid our Distributors greatly.
Finally, the 5 Gram samplers are great items for sampling all 40 of the
loose teas out to consumers. Interest in Specialty, Specialty Flavored,
Green, Organic, and Oolong teas is growing. These 5 Gram, one tea pot
serving sizes will make it easy for consumers to try a variety of different
teas, and will prove invaluable to Distributors in their tea promotion
efforts.

2) TEA
BAG SPECIAL
Until
December 23, 2004, Tea Connexions is holding a sale on all Individually
Wrapped Indian Tea Bags. Details are posted in the Members Store. We are
holding this tea bag special to make room for our NEW and IMPROVED Individually
Wrapped Tea Bags, which will be launched sometime next year.

3) ORDERING
EFFICIENCY
In response to Member feedback, the Members Store is now set up to calculate
shipping upon checking out. In the past, and prior to the implementation
of Master Distributors, Tea Connexions used to calculate shipping on a
case by case basis. However, in light of the new fulfillment realities,
we have removed this step and set up the ordering system to calculate
shipping automatically based upon the dollar volume of the order. I am
very pleased with this improvement as it has increased customer satisfaction,
decreased lead times, and increased the efficiencies of Tea Connexions
staff.

4) NEW
MASTER DISTRIBUTOR
The
October Conference was a very successful event as Tea Connexions and Shangers
Teaopolis Ltd. where able to present our long term vision of the company.
The conference proved very useful in the obtaining of feedback from Distributors
that attended. We will be holding a Management Strategic Planning Session
this December to go over some of the points discussed. Our goal is to
use Member Feedback to constantly improve the company and we thank all
that participated.
Our Journey to Teaopolis is moving full speed ahead and with the addition
of our newest Master Distributor, we anticipate that we will be able to
serve our Eastern United States customers better. We have received the
third signed contract and are in the process of getting the order ready
so that we can begin serving Distributors in this area.

5) TEA
CONNEXIONS AUSTRALIA
In September of this year, Tea Connexions signed an agreement to set up a Joint Venture in Australia. Through Tea Connexions Australia, we are now able to service Distributors and consumers in Australia, New Zealand, and very soon Singapore and Malaysia.

WE ARE SEEKING JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS IN EUROPE AND LATIN AMERICA
The
establishment of Tea Connexions Australia is just the beginning of our
goal to expand our business model and products. Our goal is to offer
these products world-wide, tying all Distributors together through Leaf
Tea Dot Com. The end result, ultimately, will be that consumers throughout
the world will be able to purchase our unique line of teas from a local
Distributor. We are actively seeking other Joint Venture Partnerships

final note, based upon input we received from the conference and current
Distributors, there is significant demand for business and market planning
services. Tea Connexions is currently in development of a new package
of valuable business services exclusively for our elite TEAm of Distributors.

assist you to effectively target your tea market according to a concise
action plan based upon your specific geographic area, preferred market
niche, business goals and financial budget. We will provide you the
tools and roadmap you need to implement a powerful marketing campaign

COMMENTS: THE JOURNEY TO TEAOPOLIS
Tea
Connexions had humble beginnings. I view our progress as a Journey to
Teaopolis, my vision of uniting tea drinkers around the world through
a common website, Leaf Tea Dot Com, a virtual retail outlet that offers
tea lovers the opportunity to purchase "Gourmet teas beautifully packaged" from a local, enthusiastic, and service-oriented distributor. Each Distributor
plays a key role in building market awareness of our tea products, by
focussing their efforts on the market that they live in. By doing this,
our Distributors are building localized demand and a loyal following
of customers that are being offered superior service and exceptional
value.
Our market research has shown that market demand for premium teas is
growing and will continue to grow. As demand grows, we intend to offer
our Distributors the opportunity to open stand alone tea houses under
the brand, "Teaopolis". At present, Mike Prince, the creative genius
behind Shangers, is working on "Teaopolis" design packages which will

The Journey to Teaopolis began in 1998 during a trip to India. It was
during this journey that I met my wife, Suruchi. Suruchi and I are not
only life partners but business partners. Together, we have built this
company from a small operation in a 200 square feet office to our present
facility of 3000 square feet. Our success to date has been a direct
result of the faith and belief that our Distributors, business partners
and consumers have in our products and future goals. It has been a very
exciting journey so far. Considering our progress to date, I strongly
believe that Tea Connexions' destiny is to become a powerful world wide
