August 1, 2003 marked the second anniversary of the Opportunity is Brewing program. It has been an exciting time the past 24 months and we are planning for the years to come.

Member satisfaction is a top priority for Tea Connexions. We have a strong understanding that our future is intimately tied to the success of our members. For this reason, on July 25th, our Marketing Director, Daisy Lieu, prepared a survey and asked members to give us their feedback. Here are some of the preliminary results:

Tell us about your business. What kind of business are you in?

E-commerce, Direct Selling, and Corporate Gifts tends to be the most popular avenues of product marketing. By direct selling, we mean person to person sales, whether it be at a fair, flea market, or through a gift, tea, or health store owned by the member. Tea Biz In A Box: Opportunities Inside A Box

This program is designed to increase our Distributors revenues and create long term cash flows. Potential customers of this program include small home-based entrepreneurs with limited funds to invest, college students, homemakers, and anyone who wants to earn extra money selling a product they love to drink. This program will create thousands of potential new customers for our Distributor members because all tea products and marketing materials purchased by Tea Biz In A Box entrepreneurs must be purchased from a Distributor member. Wholesale Orders: Tea Biz In A Box entrepreneurs will have to re-order their products from the nearest distributor in their area, meaning Distributors that promote this program can create an army of small home based distributors who order through them. This will create consistent cash flows for Distributor members. And since our distributors' cost is 30% below wholesale, they will be able to earn sizeable revenues just through this wholesale business.
