2004: THE BIG ADVENTURE
IS ABOUT TO BEGIN FOR TEA CONNEXIONS
After several months of development and planning, Tea Connexions
will begin the New Year by offering its American Distributors
a big news story to help captivate more consumers with a diverse
and brand-new range of tea products.
In addition to its existing products
and services, Tea Connexions has joined forces with UK-based Shangers
Ltd, and incorporated in Canada, Shangers Teaopolis Ltd,
which will offer its Distributors a unique range of tea-related
accessories and teatime entertainment formats. |

Gupta (founder of Tea Connexions and President/CEO of Shangers
Teaopolis Ltd) says:

| In January 2004
Shangers Teaopolis Ltd will be inviting two existing Tea Connexions
Distributors to join its Board of Directors. These new Board Members
will help structure a planned network of Master Distributors for
the US who will spearhead the Shangers Teaopolis story.
On January 31st, Tea
Connexions will be hosting a conference in Saskatoon aimed at
identifying further territories within the US and to recruit
Master Distributors.
At the January conference
we will be unveiling more details of a planned Teaopolis franchise
programme. Teaopolis concessions will serve 'tea by the
cup' as well as a dedicated product range. Product distribution
to Teaopolis franchises will come under the Master Distributors
remit.

Also at the Conference, Mike Prince
will be reporting on how a new alliance between Shangers Ltd
and DAL Design of England will oversee the production of Princess
Teana programme content. Production will begin early in the
New Year with Princess Teana DVDs and videos planned to be part
of the Shangers Teaopolis product range.
